We develop locations in the form of a new building or plan corresponding conversions of existing properties. After acquiring a location, it is important to weigh up whether it is suitable for settling retail space – for “outlets”. After the site has been checked for suitability, the site is developed until it is ready for construction. After placing the orders for the construction of the object or the conversion of the inventory, we monitor the processes and execution of the work. With the completion of the property, the retail space will be rented, opened and managed accordingly.
Property management
After opening an outlet store, the care of the property is also an important area.
We are in close contact with our tenants to make things as smooth as possible.
Credentials
The two brands PUMA and Lloyd Shoes have been based at our location in Kirchheim (Hesse) since 2009. The property is in close proximity to the A7 motorway and has an advertising tower nearby.

Since the founding and existence of the Bayreuth-based GmbH, the focus was initially on the renovation of Gründerzeit houses for external and internal use, with subsequent administration and support of the properties. The administrative activity extended to the area of WEG administration (common property and/or private property). Another area of ongoing operations was also the sale of commercial real estate. As a result, a new business area opened up as a result of the further concentration on this area. This is how we came to start developing locations for operators of factory outlets in the Federal Republic of Germany. The core business lies in the development of a location up to the point where it is ready for construction, including handling the entire construction process.
